I'm gardening a large vegetable plot in Oakland near street & Peralta. You can see it from BART just west of the West Oakland stop on the north side of 7th. Much of the bed space has opened up recently. I just removed numerous crops. I'm looking for extra hands and mouths.

Also, I'm looking for sites with secure land tenure for share-cropped orchards.

We have a 30'x25' (approx.) yard that we'd like to offer for use as a community garden. We have water access (close) and electricity (in the garage). The yard gets 6+ hours of sunlight. We are located in the NoPa neighborhood of San Francisco. Please contact me if you would like to help us set up the garden. Thank you.

Hi all- Looking for a yard share in the city in September! I'll be on my way back from WWOOFing on the Klamath River (highly recommended, check out wwoof.org) where I've been gardening and working with goats all summer...and while I will only have a room in an apartment, I hope to not give up gardening. I'll be ready to plant fava beans, kale, chard, and whatever else I think can stand a little chill. I'll be in Duboce triangle, but am willing to bike about anywhere if I can share some space and some veggies. It sounds like there is already quite a bit of interest, Spike, but if you have room for one more, I'd love to join! Anything out there?

Thank you, Katheryn. Much appreciated!
Still looking for yard share opportunities in the Outer Sunset. . . a yard to garden or someone who wants to team up to create a bounty!

Tamara, I enjoyed reading your garden-building story so much! I featured you on Making Ripples: Three bloggers whose word pebbles tickle my toes.

I would love to find a yardshare in the Cole Valley area. I see Nico is looking for one in the Lower Haight/Duboce Triangle area. I join him in that interest.

We are in the Outer Sunset and I am seeking others who would like to create a yardshare. We have veggies growing. Would like to form a group who would create a yardshare to benefit all by growing enough to share - on purpose - with forethought. Even if that meant we met this season and planned and then started growing next March. I'm new to the city - been here since September. Planted late this spring. You can see my garden at my blog - www.greenlifejunkie.blogspot.com Please let me know if you are interested and in the Outer Sunset. Thank you.

Hello Nanda,
I have lemon tree, broccoli right now that I would be willing to share for the Free Farm Stand in San Francisco. Later on I will have brussel sprouts, garlic, onions, and potatoes.

Hi Nanda!
Like Stephen and Danni, I'm also looking for a yard to share and work on. I live in the lower haight / duboce triangle area, in SF. Where is your yard located?
Thanks,
Nico
