I would be covering the costs and most likely be offering a very limited number of CSA shares to help with this. All I would ask is that the methods used be organic seeing as I will be seeking USDA organic certification this year or the next. I wouldn't turn down any occassional help from time to time, but that's completely voluntary and I will be traveling from Mpls there 2-4 times weekly and am not opposed to company on these trips. It's a nice situation with potential to be something special. There are a variety of animals including ducks, chickens, & goats there so organic amendments are on hand and free of charge.

I was at one of them earlier today taking soil/water samples & testing water pressure. It is 20 miles south of Burnsville.

I might be interested, where is the land located? Would there be a cost (rent)?

Just seeing who's active in Minneapolis currently. I'm in discussions with a couple property owners in regards to land use. Roughly a half acre each. Seeing if there is any interest locally in making use of it with me.

We have a yard to share in NE Minneapolis. More important, if we can team up with folks in the area to add diversity to our crops, and to preserve them it would be great. We waste so much without a plan for preserving. Preservation is only worth doing in bulk and our personal scale is too small. Any ideas?

I'm seeking extra space for planting the Three Sisters polyculture this Spring 2010--I live in Seward, and anywhere in the local neighborhood or Longfellow would be optimal!

We are located in N MPLS and have a standard lot that we have converted about 60-70% of into food production. We are tearing out the driveway to have more space this Spring. We would love to find a yard to share with other farmers

I'm open to sharing my backyard or at least all the produce I'm going to end up with ;) I live in South Minneapolis and have .33 acre lot which is huge for Minneapolis...and have already start seeds for over 22 heirloom tomatoes - as well as all kinds of other veg.
