i live in jp also. our yard is good for little besides growing mushrooms, but we would be into either a) sharing something between families/houses (we give you mushrooms, you give us something you are growing!) or b) growing in another space. i have a plot in a community garden (swccf! best community garden ever!) but we are always up for more growing PLEASE!

Hello all!

New to the site. Live in Davis Square area of Somerville and am looking for garden space in 2010. I would also like to see this site grow and have more swapping action happening.

I am going to email the link out to my database of friends. Any other ideas on collaborating on getting this thing pumped up a bit?

I am also in JP, and while I know it is a bit late in the season, I'd be up for sharing some space for gardening. I don't really know of any spaces, though.

Hey Laura:

I'm in East Boston, and I just recently planted an enormously large garden in containers (big tomato sauce cans from the restaurant across the street, a tire, and milk jugs) on our back patio. I'm really excited about it. Maverick Square is a little out of your way, but you're more than welcome to come on over and check it out!

Hi All,
I'm potentially looking to team up with some folks in the neighborhood. My apartment gets minimal sunlight and I have no green space to tend with it. I do have a csa share this year, but would like to put some time into a local garden as well. I'm in JP, but work downtown- somewhere to share on the orange line would be ideal (or over into Roslindale). I look forward to chatting with you all,
