I want to share my yard
Near 87th and NE Brazee St
Portland, Oregon

Medium sized yard with one long and deep raised bed and other smaller containers. .

I am interested in finding help with my current gardening in exchange for food from the harvests. Space for someone to create a bed of their own too if they wish. Will water all plants, in exchange for help with heavy lifting and some digging. I have tools to share.
Currently growing: pok choi, spinach, tomatoes, berries, herbs, greens, onion, garlic, carrots, edible flowers, and berry bushes. Considering potatoes and squash artichokes, green beans peas, corn and asparagus....Open to lots of other things too.

Grew my own starts this year and had a bit

Looking for someone who is okay with gardening mainly in the afternoon and evening; I work nights and don't want to be disturbed often until after 1pm. I can however arrange to be up earlier when we have a big project to finish once in a while.

Looking for someone LGBT positive. I am white, committed to Racial Justice. I do not believe anyone can be illegal. I am disabled and a Disability Rights Activist. I know quite a bit of ASL though I sign slowly. I know some French (probably poorly, but can get by at times)... Open to connecting to people from all over the world.

NO substance use including smoking and alcohol on the property please.

Children, teens and pets welcome. I have one indoor cat and no dog. I have no kids of my own but my nephew and a couple friends kids help in the garden once in a while.

Let me know if you would like to meet and see if we would be a good fit.

Thanks,
Curtis

P.S. I may be open to cooking and canning together too.
