- I see this idea as something we need to encourage among neighborhoods and communities so that we can continue to eat after the US dollar collapses, and/or the price of oil goes so high that imported food is too expensive for most people to buy.
- Seeds, Fruit, Nuts or Veg I can share:
- I can share nut trees with people who are willing to plant them to share the harvest freely with others. They can be planted in parks, gardens, alleys, wherever. Most nut trees have nearly 3 times the protein per 100 g than 100 g of egg does. And so much less work! And no killing of baby male chicks. Good for so many reasons!

we are creating an organic garden-share in Long island,NY. using permaculture design principles/elements, biointensive practices. a side-dish of 'spin' may belp subsidize things !
i'd love to talk about your offer of nut trees/support, currently i have 2 small hazelnuts which dont seem to grow muc,(i'll need to see why that is) our neighbor offered their yard too,they have very large pecans a black walnuts ! :)
